KING Forged ONE Length Irons

The KING Forged ONE LENGTH irons debut as COBRA’s first ever single-length forged iron set. Inspired by rising PGA star Bryson DeChambeau.

F7 One Length

One Setup One Swing

Proper setup includes foot positioning, spine angle and ball position, and many other variables. These variables change as you switch between longer and shorter length clubs, causing more room for error. With one setup and one swing you can simplify the entire process. Every player has their favorite club and for many, it's a 7-iron. With COBRA's One Length irons, you will find new confidence in your game, allowing you to play any iron in the bag as if it were your trusty 7-iron.

One swing for all of your shots

Long irons for more consistent distance

Tighter shot dispersion on approach

Short game accuracy improvement

believe the positive one-length reviews
Review by ljs091270 - 27/11/2019

I'm a 5 handicap golfer who plays a few times a month. In the downtimes when not playing I'd researched one-length clubs and came to the theory that they would help with consistency. My wedge game with my existing irons (Cleveland CG16 Tour) was my strength, and as they are an inch longer than standard, I figured the conversion to one-length wouldn't be too extreme. Anyways, a super hot deal came-up on KING Forged Irons and I took the punt, figuring that if they didn't work out I could sell them again and not lose too much for the experiment. As I'm progressing through the play with one-length, I found a few things versus my old irons; contrary to reviews, the gapping between clubs is not an issue; I've gained 10 metres, even though the lofts are within a degree of existing irons; the longer irons do come out very low, roll out a long way, but because I can hit them so straight it's just meant adjusting long approaches to running up; the shorter irons come out way higher and get far more spin. The theory of assisting with consistency has proved to be true; I'm hitting less chunked or toed long irons; my traditional big hook miss, is now controlled to nothing more than a slight draw; the shorter shaft forces a more outside-in swing, which has so far eliminated my occasion random shank. Summary, even though the lower lofted heads on a shorter shaft still feel very strange, I'm a convert to one-length and have just put a 19 degree F9 hybrid into play, along with 56 and 60 degree wedges. Oh! and not specific to one-length, but these forged Cobra heads deliver a superb super soft feel off the club.

Changed my game
Review by Bradau - 27/07/2017

Have played 9 rounds with the new One Length Forged irons. My scores and consistency has been very noticeable. The more lofted irons are a revelation. cannot believe the consistency in distance control. So have ordered the 56' and 60' wedges. Cant wait to pick them up and take to Vietnam in 3 weeks for the Accor Masters.

Handicap has dropped 3 storkes

What can I say, these have been a pure pleasure to play with. I brought these sitting at a handicap of 15 and I'm now down hovering between 11 and 12. With a bad back as well, these have helped with my lower and I'm now walking away from 18 feeling just fine.

I hope they can now look at the driver amd woods so I can complete my set.

The future of irons!
Review by Chris - 1/02/2017

I tried at a Demo day in Melbourne. Once I put my 7 iron swing on the 4 iron and PW, it was like magic! Its best to use the same ball position. The only minor change I put on the 4 iron was to let my left glove logo release and point more towards the sky after impact and the ball flew nice and high. I would recommend to players with medium to high swing speeds with sweeping style golf swings. Definitely not for diggers with slower swings. The biggest pro is consistent results throughout the set especially in the set up. I usually have a long pre-shot routine, but with these one length clubs, It was shorter and simpler and mentally, it was easier switching clubs. The Con for me was it got a little boring as the joy of setting up to a longer iron and short iron and pulling the shots off was eliminated...but if results are more important then these are for you.
Note: I actually hit the one length 4 iron longer than my own 4 iron. Would like to try in a different shafts before purchasing. 5/5
I would like to see Cobra make all the heads the same weight with identical shafts. Maybe make the longer irons faces have more MOI to compensate.
